Established in 1994, the Development Corporation of Haskell (DCOH) acts as a non-profit corporation governed under the laws of the Texas Development Corporation Act of 1979. The DCOH is directed by a five-member board that meets monthly to review projects and requests that promote, assist, and enhance economic development efforts for the City of Haskell.
